ABOUT RÉJEANNE
WHAT IS PERIOD UNDERWEAR AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
A Réjeanne period panty is a pair of underwear or a shorty almost like any other — except it discreetly features built-in menstrual protection.
We worked with textile innovation experts to develop this protection system made up of three ultra-thin layers: a moisture-wicking layer, an absorbent layer and a waterproof layer. Together, they provide up to 12 hours of protection without leaks or odours (you’re welcome!).

CAN I WEAR MY PERIOD PANTIES ALL DAY LONG?
Absolutely. The first few times, we recommend trying them at home so you can see how they work with your flow.
CAN I WEAR THEM WITH ANOTHER FORM OF MENSTRUAL PROTECTION?
Réjeanne period underwear is designed to work on its own, but you can absolutely wear it alongside a tampon or menstrual cup, or even add another form of protection if you prefer. Whatever feels right for you!
ARE MY PERIOD PANTIES COMPLETELY SAFE?
Yes, absolutely. All our garments are labelled OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 (CQ 1254/1 IFTH), a label that guarantees the absence of harmful substances in concentrations that could be harmful to health.
The black cotton in contact with the skin is organic cotton.
HOW DO I WASH MY PERIOD UNDERWEAR?
It’s very simple. After use, rinse your period underwear under cold running water until the water runs clear. Then wash it by hand or in the washing machine on a delicate cycle (ideally inside a laundry bag to protect the lace :)).
Finally, let it air dry. And just like that, it’s ready for its next adventure!
A little reminder for the forgetful ones: your period underwear is precious and delicate, so take good care of it. To keep it in perfect condition, make sure you follow these 6 essential care instructions:
– Do not use fabric softener
– Do not use Marseille soap (or any oily soap or detergent): it does not rinse out properly and can clog the absorbent layer over time. Instead, use a non-oily soap or detergent that rinses cleanly.
– Do not use cleaning products that could damage the protective fabric layers, such as bleach, soda crystals or white vinegar
– Do not soak your underwear
– Do not tumble dry
– Avoid using intensive washing cycles

Our products are made in Vietnam, Tunisia and France, depending on the technical requirements and local expertise involved. They are produced in certified, audited workshops that comply with international standards.
ABOUT PERIODS
HOW MUCH TIME DOES A WOMAN SPEND ON HER PERIOD THROUGHOUT HER LIFE?
Over the course of her life, a woman will spend an average of 38 years menstruating. That represents around 450 periods, adding up to approximately 3,500 days — nearly 10 years in total.
HOW MUCH WASTE COULD BE AVOIDED THANKS TO RÉJEANNE PERIOD UNDERWEAR?
Between 130 and 150 kg of menstrual products (tampons, pads and applicators) are thrown away by each woman over the course of her lifetime. Since Réjeanne period underwear can be worn for years, it helps prevent mountains of waste.
WHAT ABOUT THE COST?
On average, we spend around €5 per month on menstrual products — that’s roughly €300 over 5 years (not including all the underwear ruined and replaced along the way).
With period underwear, you can save money in the long run — while also dramatically reducing waste.

I’VE RECEIVED A RÉJEANNE GIFT CARD — HOW CAN I USE IT TO PAY FOR MY ORDER?
To use your gift card, simply enter the code you received by email in your cart at checkout.
Your gift card is valid and can be used as many times as you like until the balance is fully used up.
If your purchase exceeds the amount available on your gift card, you can simply combine it with any other available payment method.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Free delivery on orders over €100 within France and Europe, and over €150 for international orders.
Orders are dispatched worldwide within 48 hours.
RETURNS & REFUNDS

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return one or more items. After this period, unfortunately no refund can be issued.
To be eligible for a return, items must be sent back with their tags attached, in their original condition: new, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. The delivery slip must also be included inside the parcel.
Returns are made at the customer’s risk. If your return parcel is lost by the carrier during shipment, Réjeanne® cannot be held responsible or issue reimbursement.
If you received the wrong item or an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at bonjour@rejeanne.com and we’ll take care of it.
We do not offer standard exchanges on www.rejeanne-underwear.com. If you would like a different size, style or colour, simply place a new order on our e-shop.
Making a Return
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. After this period, returns can no longer be processed.
Refunds requested following a return will be processed within 15 days after the returned parcel has been received. Please note that additional interbank processing times may apply for card payments, but a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Return handling fees of €4.50 for France and €10 for Europe will be deducted from the refunded amount.
For purchases made as part of a “pack” (sets of two or three items sold together), any return for refund must include all items originally included in the pack. Partial refunds cannot be issued for returning only part of a pack.
To make a return, simply email us at bonjour@rejeanne.com to receive your return label. Return handling fees of €4.50 for France and €10 for Europe will be deducted from the refunded amount.
If your return has not been processed within 3 weeks, please contact us at bonjour@rejeanne.com.
